Title: “Managing & Mastering Change"

Course Description:

In this highly-interactive class, participants will learn effective techniques for dealing with workplace change and the stress that accompanies it. Participants will learn how to analyze their approaches to change management and master skills that will lead to dramatic improvement.

Course Objectives:

1. To explore the stages that most individuals experience when dealing with significant or traumatic change.

2. To examine the relationship between personality/behavior styles and the way individuals handle change.

3. To learn how to master change by developing effective stress management strategies.

4. To explore the characteristics and stages of organizational change.

5. To examine self-empowering approaches to greater job satisfaction and the management of change.

Target Audience:

Supervisors and other employees that are interested in polishing their leadership skills and improving the performance of their work groups. Course can be customized as needed.

Time: 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
